BASIC FACIAL
Basic facial will start out with a consultation. Followed by a cleansing. Then a Skin Analysis. At this time I determine your basic skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive or normal) and skin conditions (acne, blackheads, whiteheads, aging, sun-damage, dehydration, etc.) I proceeded to Exfoliation using a mechanical or chemical exfoliation...Mechanical exfoliants have a gritty texture that rubs away the surface dead skin cells. Chemical exfoliation uses enzymes and acids to loosen the bond between skin cells.Then My favorite part of the facial Extractions . This is the removal of blackheads or whiteheads. People have different pain tolerance for extractions. To receive the best result of your facial, you may want to tough through the discomfort. After the extractions I use high frequency to help stimulate collagen and kill bacteria. Then a Relaxing facial massage. This in my opinion is the best part of any facial, using classic strokes like effleurage to both relax you and stimulate your skin and facial muscles. Then a Facial Mask is targeted to your skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive, mature) and condition. During the facial mask , you will receive a scalp massage. Last but not least application of toner, serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS:
I am very diligent in communicating with you about your scheduled appointments. At the time your appointment is booked you are sent an automated email and/or text message to the email address/phone number, confirming your appointment. Two days prior to your scheduled appointment, I send another automated appointment confirmation via email/text message with the day and time of your appointment. You are given the option then to confirm your appointment through this message. Finally, the morning of your appointment, I also personally send you a text message to confirm you will be at your appointment. Please respond to that text message.
LATE APPOINTMENTS:
I make every effort to keep our appointments running on time. I encourage the same of my clients. For those who are running late I ask you to communicate with me. Depending on the service you are getting, I can possibly hold your appointment for 10 minutes but that is not guaranteed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I am an appointment- based business and I understand my guests may, at times, need to cancel their scheduled appointments. Please carefully read my reservation/cancellation policy before booking. I strongly enforce our 24hour cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting my time and ability to give you the best personal service I can offer you!
NO-SHOW POLICY:
I understand that my clients have busy and unpredictable schedules but the number of guests I can see each day is limited. Cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a charge of 50% of your service total if cancelled within the 24hour window. There will be a 100% charge of your service total if you cancel within 4 hours or less of your appt time or NO CALL/NO SHOW your scheduled appointment. Last minute emergency cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis .
